It goes without saying that the Cycling and Rambling Fair will accommodate a bicycle test track where visitors can try a large number of bicycles, bike trailers and other equipment. The test track in hall 11 will be spacious and soberly decorated, leaving as much room as possible to cycle, as this is what it is meant for. Part of the track will be dedicated to tandems and electrical bicycles.
This sober approach makes it possible to keep the price to participate low. Per bike, transport bike or tandem we will charge 35 euro (exclusive of VAT). We do not charge extra for trailers, provided they are linked to a bicycle; one bicycle can be accompanied by only one trailer. Bicycle and trailer are linked before the event and remain so the whole duration of the event. The test track is monitored by staff members of the Fiets en Wandelbeurs.
Bicycles and other equipment can be delivered to the test track until one hour before the opening of the fair. At Sunday, the materials can be picked up again after the closing of the fair, but before 18:00hrs. The Fiets en Wandelbeurs will do its very best to ensure that testing the bicycles and other material will be done in an orderly manner, but still cannot be held liable for any damage or theft of the material.
If you want to participate in this part of the program you will receive a registration form for the test track. You can indicate how many bicycles you will bring along. If necessary, the Fiets en Wandelbeurs will impose alimit on the maximum number of bicycles and/or other equipment that can be brought in per exhibitor.
