This pavilion (Beleluxplein in Dutch) is not a combined pavilion; every participant has it's own stand. Condition for paticipation is that the exhibitor offers specific information concerning the Benelux. The intention is to cluster the stands of tourist information centers (VVV’s) and other tourist institutions together with accommodation providers such as ‘houses’ in a village or around a plaza. The final form depends on the number of participants.
Walking and biking There is no separation between walking and cycling. Exhibitors can offer both activities. Since most participants have both on offer, this will not present a problem.
The intention is to offer the visitors in a pleasant surrounding all necessary information for a nice walking or cycling holiday or a weekend off close by home.
The objective is to offer visitors in a pleasant surroundings everything they need for a great biking or hiking holiday or weekend near to their homes. The set up and the decoration of the plaza will be given extra attention; we will use plants, picnic tables and other decorative elements. If you have ideas or concrete proposals, please let us know.
Participation in the Beneluxplein does not require an additional charge
The company names of the participants will be mentioned separately in the list of participants on the website for visitors to the Cycling and Rambling Fair and in the brochure that will be distributed during the event. The name Beneluxplein will also be mentioned separately.
During the fair itself the name Beneluxplein will be mentioned, but participants are free to display their own names as well.
