To participate in this pavilion you have to complete the accompanying form and sent it together with the standard form to the organization.
For who
This pavilion is in particular intended for small companies offering walking or biking holidays that find a normal stand too costly.
The combination with other stands in a pavilion allows companies to present themselves in a nice stand on a good spot in the exhibition.
The public appreciates these combined pavilions since they can get to know organizations they usually don’t find on other large travel and holiday fairs.
In view of the success from both the public and the exhibitors we will set up more of such pavilions.

Performance
A Collective Pavilion has a length of 10 meters or more and a depth of 2 meters.
Space in a pavilion is rented in units with a width of 1.5 by 2 meters.
The front of the pavilion is a row of tables.
The back is a solid wall that can be used to hang illustrative and decorative materials,
Above the tables there will be a frieze covering the complete length of the pavilion with the text: VERZAMELPAVILJOEN WANDELEN (of FIETSEN of WANDELEN EN FIETSEN) COLLECTIVE PAVILION WALKING (or CYCLING or WALKING AND CYCLING)\
Above or below (not on!) the frieze participants can attach their own company name and/or logo
