Registration of participants to the Fiets en Wandelbeurs 2011
Registration of participants to the Fiets en Wandelbeurs 2011 can only be done in writing. To do so you must send or fax the completed registration form to the organizer. By subscribing to the "Fiets en Wandelbeurs" 2011 you agree with the general conditions.
Registration for participation is possible until 24 February 2011. However after 5 November 2010 we start with mapping out the fair. Please be aware of the possibility that in case of late registration we may not be able to offer you a spot.
All participants receive free participants-tickets. With these tickets you can enter the fair, also during the building and dismantling of the fair. Participants having a uniform or self-built stand will receive 4 entrance tickets and 1 extra ticket for each 10 aquare metres. Participants of a collective pavilion receive 2 entrance tickets. Extra entrance tickets can be ordered for the price of 4 euro per ticket (price excludes VAT). The organiser of the fair may refuse to supply extra entrance tickets if the participant cannot convince him that the stand must be manned by so many people.
Invitation entrance tickets
Participants can order extra entrance tickets for their business relations for 1,50 euro per ticket. These tickets can be fitted with your logo or company-stamp and the name of the business relation invited. After the fair we will send the tickets that have actually been used to you. For each ticket that has been used, we charge 5,50 euro (price excludes VAT). If ordered before 20 january 2010, we will send the invitation tickets before 1february 2010.
Stand building tickets
Builders of stands who will not visit the fair during its normal opening hours can enter the fair using Stand building tickets. These tickets can be ordered. These tickets are free, but cannot be ordered in large amounts. Attention: Stand building tickets are valid only on thursday 25 february, friday 26 february and sunday 28 february after 17:00 hours. On saturday 27 february and sunday 28 february before 17:00, the Stand building ticket is not valid.
